Do you have a catalogue?
Europromos doesn’t have a catalogue at this moment in time; we do all our business online so you will never see obsolete items and you will always be provided with up-to-date prices.
All the information you need for a successful promotional campaign can be found on this website.

Do I have to create an account or log in?
No, you don’t need to create an account to place orders. After you have placed your order, you will automatically be directed to your own private site. You can log in to this site whenever you want so you can follow your order status, save your logo’s and give your approval for proofs.

 

How do I know what my order status is?

Once you have placed an order, you will automatically receive a login to My Europromos. In this restricted part of the website you can check your order status.

With every order status change we will send you an e-mail.

There are always two ways to check your order status: by checking your own mail box or by loging into My Europromos.

 

How do I pay?
Your payment to Europromos is safe and secure. We offer all conventional payment methods.
You can pay online by credit card or an online payment system known to you. Your order will be placed directly after your payment is confirmed.
You can pay by invoice. Your items will then be stored by us until your payment is received and confirmed, after which your order will be executed immediately. The delivery speed is dependent on how quickly your payment is received.

In what way are the prices determined?
The prices shown to you on the website are without tax.
There are no hidden costs, what you see is what you get!
Transport costs, setup fees, printing fees, handling fees and so on are all included in the price given to you.
We are highly automated and therefor able to offer you great prices which on average are 5% lower than the current market price!

What about stock numbers?
With every promotional gift or premium we display the current stock number.
Stock numbers are updated daily.

What are the lead times?
We can deliver unprinted items within two working days. The standard delivery time for printed items is 7 working days.
We can deliver urgent orders within three working days. You can specify a desirable delivery time with every order.

How can I submit my logo?
You can submit your logo together with any order in your virtual shopping cart.
To get the best results possible, we ask you to supply your logo/artwork using Adobe Illustrator (AI, EPS or PDF files). These files must be formatted in vectors in order to get the best printing results.

I don’t have a logo, but I do have a text to be imprinted. Is this a possible?

If you would rather imprint a text, then you can type in this text when you proceed to the next step in your online order.

Do you print with PMS colours?
With every imprint you can choose the desired colour, which you select in the colour range displayed in your virtual shopping cart. Our printing department has a lot of experience in printing with PMS colours and uses modern techniques.
PMS stands for Pantone Matching System, this is a worldwide colour code system. By using this system we prevent that there will be any ambiguities about a certain colour.

Do I get a proof?
Yes, a proof will be sent to you by e-mail. After your approval we will print or edit the product to your liking.

Your range of products seems smaller, why is that?

Even though our product range contains about 5000 promotional products, it is smaller than that of others. We choose quality over quantity.
